    FAQ'S:

    All of our clients nutrition targets are broken down in the app, tracking nutrition is done using MyFitnessPal to ensure we teach our clients the skills necessary to achieve balance with their health and fitness goals even after their transformation is complete. We also have an in depth E-book regarding MyFitnessPal and how to use/navigate the app as well as an introduction to flexible dieting E-book for all of our clients.


    As long as you're in a calorie deficit, you will achieve fat loss. However weight fluctuations are normal during this process.


    Your weekly check in involves answering a few questions sent to you by your coach. After this you will get feedback regarding your progress and measurements, followed by an adjustment in calorie and macronutrient targets if needed.


    To allow sufficient time to achieve results, the minimum commitment is 8 weeks.


    Although strongly  recommended, you can still achieve great Fat loss results by controlling just your nutrition. To improve body composition, a combination of resistance training and a consistent calorie deficit is needed.


    All plans are 100% tailored to you. When you sign up you will complete an in depth consultation form where you go through things like food intolerances, favourite foods, coffee order, favourite desserts etc.


    Yes, our training programs cater to all levels of exercise experience. All of our programs are customised to the individual, their goals and preferences. These are broken down super simple and include video breakdowns as well.


    Yes, we offer our Premium Fat Loss Program- a one time payment which includes a nutrition & training plan, habit & progress tracking as well as continued message access for guidance and support.


    Yes of course! Both our coaching and programs allow for flexibility. We provide guidance and tools to help you make better informed decisions and track foods when you opt to eat out.


    Yes, all clients will continue to eat a variety of foods throughout their transformation. Calorie and Macronutrient targets will also change and body composition changes (your starting calories will differ from your final calorie targets).


    Definitely not! All of our programming caters to what clients have access to. We  have  full gym training programs, dumbbell only programs as well as body weight programs that can be done at home.
